Cast aluminium wok with cut and abrasion resistant diamond coating. Saves space thanks to the removable handle, easily fits in the roller cabinet. Oven and dishwasher safe up to 250 degrees. With a cast thermal base (approx. 8 mm thick) for optimum heat absorption and no distortion, even at high temperatures. Manufacturing process and coating PFOA free. Suitable for all types of cookers gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction. High impact strength and clean pouring of sauces thanks to additional pouring edge. Novel processing, induction floor developed from wool from full-surface special steel, allowing very rapid heating.
