HIGHLAND PARK SINGLE CASK | Distilled on 18 February 2010 and bottled on 20 July 2026, this 16-year-old Orkney single malt comes from cask #95A & B, with only 280 bottles released. DOUBLE OAK SHERRY FINISH | Initially matured in a refill hogshead before finishing in first fill American oak and European oak Oloroso sherry quarter casks for greater richness, spice and dried-fruit depth. RICH ORKNEY CHARACTER | Orange zest, raspberry, dried apricot, roasted chestnut and toffee are lifted by fragrant heather and delicate aromatic smoke. DARK FRUIT AND GENTLE SMOKE | An oily palate of prunes, dates, lemon zest, walnuts, coffee and caramel develops into dark chocolate, leather, allspice and gentle bonfire smoke. CASK STRENGTH PRESENTATION | Bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh at 59.6% ABV, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, with a long finish of black cherry, toffee, pepper, nutmeg and cardamom.
