Four years in ex-bourbon casks, followed by seven years finishing in second-fill casks in Scotland for a balanced, rich spice, vanilla notes and mellow finish. Palate: It’s soothing, dense and warm with bitter orange and almond flakes. Cardamom and all-spice with sultanas, mixed into a banana bread mixture. Finish: It fades with gorgeous floral notes, with orange blossom and honeysuckle.
