HONEY SLOE FLAVOURED GIN LIQUEUR - we start by making a simple but flavoursome gin with plenty of juniper. We add sloes and a subtle recipe of orange and lemon zest, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg then allow to gently steep for at least three months BORN TO BE ENJOYED - a month before bottling we gradually add sweetness to bring out the rich, dark red-berry flavours of the sloes but not too much, that would hide their natural dryness, then finish with Cornish Wildflower honey from local hives around Cornwall FOR THE TRUE GIN ENTHUSIAST - a bottle of authentic Wrecking Coast Honey Sloe flavoured Gin makes for the perfect gin present.
