A pair of triangular, dual-sided hangboards which provide four grip types so you can fully customise training sessions while working your way up the ranks of difficulty. The 360° system allows you to simply rotate the board to change socket type. The Triangle boards are incredibly versatile - use them as part of your warmup with suspension and pulling exercises, working to strengthen the hands, fingers, arms and back while minimising risk of injury.
