SuperQuilt multifoil insulation by YBS is a thin, lightweight, flexible product suitable for roofs, walls, and floors. It can be installed over and under rafters, between and around purlins, and easily fits into timber frames, cavity walls, dry lining, and external walls. It's also effective in suspended timber ceilings, crawl spaces, and floating timbers. This insulation reflects infra-red radiation and tackles conduction, radiation, and convection, reducing cold bridging and heat build-up. Sized at 10m x 1.5m x 40mm, it's lightweight, tear-resistant, and quick to install. It features an impressive core thermal resistance of 1.52 m2K/W and 15m2 coverage. Manufactured to British standards, it is ideal for new builds and refurbishments. Tested to EN16012, it ensures high thermal resistance.
