Yealink QD to USB-A Trainer Cable Y-Splitter for Call Center Headsets 1 Pcs USB/QD YHS Series Dual Connection with Quick Disconnect Adapter Computer PC Volume & Mute Control

Perfect for Trainers: The 6.5 ft Y-cable connects seamlessly to PCs via USB A ports and integrates 2 Yealink YHS series headsets via QD (Quick Disconnect) ports - easy to work. Shared Calls: Supervisors (the shorter side) and agents (the longer side) can participate in the same call simultaneously through QD, enabling smooth, real-time training and collaboration. Plug & Play: Supervisors are automatically muted upon connection, enabling unobtrusive listening without interrupting the call. To unmute, press and hold the training button for 2 seconds—until the LED turns white. QD to USB Adapter: The trainer cable can also enable the YHS series headset to function as a USB headset. To use it, set aside the shorter end and plug the headset into the longer end. Mute, volume, and call controls can then be operated through the inline remote. Ideal for Hot Desking: Easy to connect and disconnect, the trainer cable enhances workplace flexibility, making it well suited for open offices and call centers.
