Humidity plays a crucial role in aging and distillation. You could say we use the weather as part of our signature recipe. THE TASTE: Outlaw Bourbon is full-flavored with warm caramel and vanilla overtones, Intense aroma, rich caramel, and vanilla with a hint of floral. Our traditional pot still helps us produce a true small-batch whiskey. GREAT IN AN OLD FASHIONED: Mix 55ml Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon, 7ml Simple Syrup (sugar cube), 2 Dashes Orange Bitters, 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters, pour into a short glass and top with 3 Blackberries on a cocktail stick and an Orange Peel.
