Some traditional Chinese medicine practices also attribute detoxifying properties to Pu-erh. USES: Best consumed on its own. The leaves can even be steeped multiple times, revealing different layers of flavour with each infusion. If you prefer your tea white though, its earthy notes actually go well with milk. BREWING: Allow 1- 1½ teaspoon per cup. Boil the water and wait for 1 to 2 minutes before pouring it onto the leaves. Steeping time: 2 - 3 minutes.
