Ziener Gaiku-Z AS® AW ski gloves for men. Designed as part of Ziener Alpine Gloves series, these gloves combine a leather palm with technical insulation and a waterproof membrane for cold mountain days. The palm is made from goat leather for reliable grip on poles and enhanced abrasion resistance. Construction includes Thermoshield insulation to retain warmth and a Soft Feel lining for comfort against the skin. Aquashield technology provides a waterproof barrier while external materials include polyester, recycled polyester and PES blends for durability. Natural and bio-based fibres such as virgin wool, Lavalan and PLA contribute insulation and a more sustainable material mix. Padded areas add impact protection and tactile control without compromising dexterity. Extra long cuffs help seal out snow and work with jacket sleeves, while the integrated wrist leash prevents the gloves being misplaced when removed on the chairlift. The overall cut and materials make these gloves suited to alpine skiing where warmth, grip and weather protection are required.
