Zinsser B-I-N Aqua Primer Sealer White 5L

Zinsser B-I-N Aqua is a white-pigmented, low-odour, water-based primer and sealer with a synthetic shellac base designed for high adhesion and fast performance. It is suitable for priming interiors on wood panels, building boards, doors, frames, PVC, plywood, concrete, glossy paint, and varnish, and can be used for exterior spot priming of knots, resin, and stains. This coating effectively seals tannin, knots, sap streaks, and odours such as cigar, cigarette, nicotine, smoke, and other odours, while adhering to slick surfaces like tile and glossy finishes. It dries quickly to allow recoating in about 45 minutes and fully cures in around seven days. The product provides a matt finish and has a density of 1.29 g/cm³, with solids content of 51.2% by weight and 36.9% by volume. It is designed to be cleaned with soap and water, and has a theoretical coverage of 7.5–10 m² per litre per coat. This primer-sealer is manufactured by Zinsser and offers trace VOC levels in use.
