Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer-Sealer & Stain Killer - Grey - 2.5 Litre

Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a water-based primer-sealer and stain killer designed for interior and exterior metal surfaces. It is rust inhibitive and resists flash rusting in its wet state, forming a smooth, water-resistant film when dry. Suitable for iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, and galvanized gutters, it seals stains, graffiti, and tannin bleed while providing long-lasting protection. The primer can be tinted to mid-tone colours to reduce the need for a topcoat and adheres well to many substrates without sanding.
