Zinsser Perma-White Interior Satin Paint is a scrubbable, interior satin finish designed for high-humidity spaces such as bathrooms and laundry rooms. It is formulated to prevent mould and mildew growth on the paint film, offering durable protection for ceilings, walls, trim, and other paintable interior surfaces. The product is a water-based emulsion suitable for domestic use as well as settings like schools, hotels, hospitals, and nursing homes. It can be applied over existing solvent-based or glossy paints without sanding and bonds to flat paint, new drywall, cement block, and concrete. The paint dries to a satin finish and can be applied by airless sprayer, brush, conventional spray, pad, or roller. The formulation emphasizes antimicrobial properties and low odour for environments with persistent humidity and temperature changes.
