200 YEAR LEGACY: A family winery nestled in the small town of Gambellara, North East Italy. A testament to more than seven generatons of dedication & passion. Still and sparkling wines that epitomize exceptional quality and value PROSECCO ROSÉ: A blend of Glera and Pinot Nero grapes that create a lightly coloured pink Prosecco that is fragrant and fruity with a delicate perlage and a soft, persistent foam. VINIFICATION: Half of the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation at 18°C and half is stored unfermented at 0°C. It is then placed in pressurised stainless steel tanks and naturally fermented for 60 days. The Charmat method is used THE TASTE: A sparkling Rosé that is fresh and delightful with a soft and smooth palate with subtle floral and almond flavours, while the nose is fragrant and fruity with hints of wisteria flowers, Renette Apple and red berries, including wild strawberries PAIRING NOTES: An excellent aperitif that can be served solo or as an ideal accompaniment for a variety of dishes including hors d’oeuvres risottos, fragrant fried food and grilled fish. Best served chilled between 5-7°C
