The blade is ice-hardened and stain resistant to ensure that it retains its cutting power for years to come. Unlike most knives which have bolsters, ours has an exposed tang so the handle can be riveted more securely to the blade. This provides a fatigue-free grip without any risk of slipping or getting cut.To keep this knife in the best shape possible, wash carefully with warm water and a light detergent.
