PRODUCER - Established in 1638 by Christiano Kopke and his son, Nicolau Kopke. They came to Portugal as representatives of the Hanseatic League. The House of Kopke is the eldest porto wine export firm. TASTING NOTES - Deep brick in colour with a broad amber rim. Opulent aromas of dried fruit with notes of caramel and a subtle hint of molasses. Seductive, enticing and delicate, laden with elegant flavours of dried fruit. Its texture is silky and deliciously creamy. A powerful wine with a remarkably elegant and persistent finish.
