1992 The Green Issue Presentation Pack. British Presentation Pack catalogue number PP200 (printed no. 230) Issued by the Royal Mail on 15th September 1992 This pack consists of a set of 4 mint stamps, which were produced to draw attention to the "green issue" the designs were based on winning entries in a design competition held jointly with the BBC's 'Blue Peter' TV programme. This was the third such competition - Young viewers of the programme designed the first ever Christmas stamps in 1966 and again in '81. Ideal as a gift or keepsake, making a wonderful addition to any collection.
