The Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent is designed for use with standard block, stone, or brick walls of 100-102.5mm thickness. It is ideal for water discharge over lintels, ground floor slab drainage, and integrates seamlessly with the Timloc cavity tray system. The vent's dimensions align with standard brick, block, and stonework heights for a discreet finish. It is available in terracotta, buff, brown, clear, white, grey, and black to match existing colours. An integral front grille prevents large insects from entering the cavity while allowing water discharge and a 165mm2 airflow area. Available in boxes of 50, it is made of robust polypropylene, measuring 65mm height x 10mm width x 100mm length.
