The Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent is designed for use with standard block, stone, or brick external walls, with a thickness of 100-102.5mm. It is suitable for applications like water discharge over lintels, ground floor slab drainage, and integration with Timloc's cavity tray system. Its full-size dimensions match standard brick, block, and stonework heights for a discreet, polished finish. Available colours include terracotta, buff, brown, clear, white, grey, and black, ensuring a match with existing brick or mortar. Its integral front grille prevents large insects from entering the cavity and allows a water discharge and a 165mm2 airflow area. The robust polypropylene construction measures 65mm in height, 10mm in width, and 100mm in length. It comes in boxes of 50.
