The Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent is designed for standard block, stone, or brick walls with thicknesses of 100–102.5 mm. It provides water discharge from external lintels and ground floor slab level drainage, and integrates with Timloc cavity tray systems. The vent aligns with standard masonry for a discreet finish and is available in multiple colors to match brickwork. It features an integral grille to prevent large insects while allowing air to flow freely. Made from robust polypropylene, it measures 65 mm in height, 10 mm in width, and 100 mm in length, and is typically sold in boxes of 50 with extension units available for longer lengths. It is associated with the 1143 cavity wall weep design for cavity ventilation and reliable discharge of water from inside cavity walls, and is less prone to pointing-up than weep holes formed by simply leaving the perp joint open.”
