The Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent is designed for use with standard block, stone, or brick walls of 100–102.5 mm thickness. It provides reliable water discharge from external walls while enabling cavity ventilation, helping moisture to escape and protecting wall materials. The vent integrates with Timloc cavity tray systems and is compatible with typical brick, block, and stonework heights for a discreet finish. Made from robust polypropylene, it measures 65 mm high, 10 mm wide and 100 mm long, and is available in several colours to suit existing finishes.

An integral front grille helps prevent large insects from entering the cavity while still allowing water discharge and a specified airflow area. The product can be extended with longer lengths using extension pieces without affecting performance or appearance. It is sold in boxes of 50 units.

The Timloc weep extension unit can be added for longer lengths without compromising performance or appearance. The vent is less prone to inadvertent pointing-up than simple weep holes formed by leaving a joint open, contributing to reliable operation in a cavity.
