335 Construction Brown Sealant for Building Projects

SikaSeal Construction Silicone+ is a low-modulus, fast-curing acetoxy silicone sealant designed for professional sealing applications. It cures quickly to form a weather-tight, rubber-like seal that remains permanently flexible and waterproof, with anti-fungal properties to resist mould growth in areas exposed to high humidity. It is suitable for interior and exterior use and accommodates joint movement of up to 20%. It bonds to a wide range of substrates including PVCu, brick, glass, aluminium, plastics and timber, making it suitable for general construction joints, glazing, perimeter pointing, and weather sealing around windows, doors, panels and formwork. The sealant is intended for sealing around PVCu profile trim and cladding, cap glazing and remedial glazing, as well as general draughtproofing.
