Add Around 25g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat Add 50g of Rusk Add 40ml of cold water Mix till combined Shape to desired size of burger For a larger batch add 25g of seasoning per 1kg add 50g of rusk per 1kg Dont forget to use Burger Discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers. Supplied in various mixes from 1kg batch to 10kg batch.
