Serve in a wine or sake glass, slightly chilled or at room temperature. Serve with fish or meat stews, Satay or Teriyake dishes. Once open, store in fridge and consume within 14 days. Akashi Tai Tokubetsu Junmai is made from Gohyakumangoku rice which has a milling rate of 60%, and without the addition of any brewers alcohol- all of which gives a Sake rich in body with a an elegant flavour profile.
