The Altra Torin 9 is a neutral daily trainer designed for comfort over long runs and everyday training. It combines Altra’s signature FootShape fit, which provides ample space in the toe box for a relaxed forefoot, with a soft, responsive midsole for a pleasant, kilometer-after-kilometer experience. The shoe features a 0 mm heel-to-toe drop, promoting a natural foot position and a flatter, balanced platform. The upper is light and breathable, helping keep the foot comfortable in place while running. A mesh upper is updated for enhanced airflow, with a refined heel to prevent slipping and an elevated tongue for comfort. The midsole uses P35X Dual Density Foam, with firmer foam on the outside and softer foam inside for stability and cushioning. Materials include a upper of synthetics/textile, lining textile, and an abrasion-proof rubber outsole, contributing to durability and everyday wear.
