Delicate campfire smoke that lands gently, but unmistakably. Then comes a hit of sweet honey, paired with a drop of warm, spiced cinnamon. MATURATION: Peated Sherry starts its journey in American oak ex-bourbon casks and is then finished in sherry casks, A light, delicate smokiness with a smooth finish. CRAFTED AT KNOCKDHU DISTILLERY: Since 1894 we have crafted our whisky at Knockdhu Distillery, situated in the village of Knock in Aberdeenshire. Gaelic for the "hill", anCnoc takes its name from Knock Hill which overlooks our distillery home.
