Palate: On the palate, wasabi heat and seaweed mingle with smoked pineapple and pear, evolving notes of leather, spicy vanilla, lime pickle and a gooseberry-like tartness. Finish: Refreshing fruit (Green apple, pear and lime) with some wasabi/green chilli heat & spice and earthy/sooty peat smoke.
