Original 1227 Mini Ceramic Wall Light Pure White was designed back in 1935, but its timeless design is still relevant in interiors today. The unique spring technology gives the light ultimate flexibility and perfect balance, while the adjustable lampshade can be turned in any direction. The glossy black finish gives the light an exclusive look, complemented by a black fabric cable. Both the lampshade and the rods are made of lightweight aluminium and feature durable chrome details. The heavy cast iron base with steel laminate ensures good stability. The original 1227 series began with the desk lamp, which is considered the archetype for Anglepoise lights and continues to set the standard for many other lights. Original 1227 Mini wall lamp with translucent ceramic lampshade This wall lamp immediately catches the eye in any room: even when unlit, the white bone china ceramic lampshade is highly decorative, but its full aesthetic appeal only becomes apparent when the light is switched on and shines through the translucent lampshade. An additional light source that is easy to mount on the wall in the proven Anglepoise® look created by George Carwardine (1887-1948) in the 1930s. Original 1227 Mini Ceramic is equipped with a practical on/off switch below the wall mounting plate. The lampshade can be swivelled so that the light can be directed as desired.
