Indepedent Distillery: We're an independently owned family distillery with a history dating back 400 years on our farm. Based on the North East Coast of Scotland, we take pride in using our farms finest ingredients to create the highest quality spirits. Creation: Our first wheat based vodka made from ingredients directly sourced on our farm. It's name is inspired by the coastal fog that engulfs the Lunan Bay area where our farm is located. The special crop we use is Zulu Wheat. Flavour: Names an Innovative Spirit Winner by The Spirit Business, Haar vodka highlights flavours combinations of Vanilla, spice, and caramel. Truly delectable. Cocktail: Salted Caramel Martini: The perfect way to start or cap off the evening. Our twist on the espresso martini using homemade caramel and a pinch of salt to work together with the tasty flavour profiles found in Haar vodka.
