The Century BOB Jacket is the arm extension for the Century feestanding punch bags called BOB and BOB XL. Retrofitting a BOB or BOB XL with the BOB Jacket opens up new training possibilities. Practice defensive blocking, countering, defending and deflecting blows as well as technique training around the arms and precise placement of hard kicks and punches. Recommended for traditional martial arts, Taekwondo, Karate, Wing Chun, Kung Fu, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, MMA group training and self-defence The BOB Jacket is designed to withstand the toughest training sessions. It is made of vinyl with reinforced seams, the arms are filled with high density polyurethane foam. NOTES: Only the BOB Jacket will be delivered (no BOB punch bag included).
