Living pond bacteria for clear water – ARKA Special Blend Pond contains living, fully developed bacterial cultures that act right after application. For crystal-clear water, lush plant growth and stable water biology. Breaks down faeces, food leftovers and plant waste – The bacteria blend breaks down fish waste, dead algae, food and plant residues and removes odours. This reduces the cleaning and maintenance effort in the pond. Stable water biology in the garden pond – Special Blend Pond helps reduce ammonia and nitrate, raises dissolved oxygen and optimises start-up and care of biological filters. Works from 7 °C water temperature. Dosage by pond size – Up to 1,000 litres 240 ml to start, 60 ml each on days 8, 15, 22 and 29, then 60 ml monthly. Up to 1,800, 3,800 and 5,700 litres per table: 300, 420 and 540 ml to start. Shake well before use. Lasts for up to 29,950 litres – The 946 ml bottle treats up to 29,950 litres of pond water. Switch off the UV clarifier for at least 24 hours after each dose; after pesticides or algicides wait 72 hours.
