This prevents the paint from peeling off the white canvas panels. 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗘 – The 17 millimetre thick art canvas frame consists of dimensionally stable wooden slats on which the canvas boards are attached all around the back. To stretch the large canvas frame any further you will get 8 additional wooden wedges. 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦, 𝗛𝗢𝗕𝗕𝗬 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗦 & 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗦 – Our stretcher canvases of the Akademie series are primarily intended for beginners and novices in the field of painting, but hobby painters and professionals are also convinced of the quality of these art supplies.
