Asics Gel-Kayano 33 Running Shoes

The Gel-Kayano 33 is a stability road running shoe designed for volume training. It combines soft cushioning with a new support structure intended to guide the foot from heel strike to toe-off. The midsole features a two-layer construction with a softer FF Blast Max layer on top and a denser FF Blast Plus layer at the bottom, forming a balance of support and running sensation. FluidSupport technology integrates this geometry to promote a smooth and comfortable foot transition. In the heel, PureGel absorbs shock for a soft, smooth step. The upper uses an engineered mesh for ventilation and fit, while the shoe is built to actively guide the foot and provide stable support throughout the stride.
