Asics Gel-Kayano 33 Running Shoes

The ASICS Gel-Kayano 33 is a stability road running shoe designed for volume training. It combines soft cushioning with a supportive structure to guide the foot from heel strike to toe-off, delivering a smooth ride throughout the entire step. The midsole features two layers—an upper softer FF Blast Max layer and a denser FF Blast Plus layer at the bottom—creating a balance of cushioning and stability without sacrificing the running feel. FluidSupport technology integrates the midsole with the shoe’s geometry to promote a natural transition, while PureGel in the heel area adds shock absorption for a soft, comfortable step. The upper uses engineered mesh for improved ventilation and a lightweight overall design, and the outsole is built with durable rubber for reliable traction on road surfaces. Additional midsole materials include EVA foam for cushioning and GEL technology for enhanced shock absorption and comfort.
