Asics GT-1000 14 is a versatile and stable running shoe designed for everyday runners who want light support and comfort on both short and longer distances. The upper is built with a specially developed jacquard mesh, delivering a snug, breathable and flexible fit. The shoe features an 8 mm heel drop and a midsole that combines FF BLAST™ foam with PureGel™ technology in the heel for soft cushioning and a more dynamic, energy-filled ride. PureGel™ is an advancement of GEL™, and this version is about 65% softer for increased comfort on impact. Stability is managed by Asics’ 3D Guidance System™, an adaptable support system that activates as needed around the shoe’s geometry, allowing natural running most of the time.

The GT-1000 14 Road running shoe incorporates a textile/synthetic upper with a textile lining and a durable abrasion-proof rubber outsole. An EVA foam midsole adds responsive cushioning, while the breathable mesh upper helps with ventilation and comfort during runs.
