This record is fully compliant with the latest Gas Safety Regulations on both installation and use. In accordance with Regulation 36 of the Gas Safety (Installation and USE) Regulations which require for landlords to carry out annual safety checks on gas appliances (including flues), which during these inspections specific requirements are imposed such as; the date that the appliance/flue was checked, details on landlord, any safety defects, redmial actions taken etc. These and the other enforced checks are included within this pad's check list.
