City Plumbing The Atom Warning Notice (CPG31) Record is designed to record the identification of unsafe situations/appliances and consists of 25 certificate sets in A4 triplicate. This record is fully compliant with the latest edition of the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure (IGEM/G/11), which dictates that any part of an appliance/installation as 'At Risk' or 'Immediately Dangerous' must not be used until situation has been resolved. When an unsafe situation has been identified, a compliant warning notice must be left with the gas user and include information such as details of the gas engineer who found the issue, name and location of the gas user, date of warning issue etc. This information can all be filled in on this Warning Notice Record.
