The Atom Uncommissioned Appliance/Installation Warning Notice (LBG41) label is designed to be attached to an Installation/Appliance to inform the user of its disconnection whilst showing that the appliance requires adjustment. This label is also complaint with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, which states that where a person carries out any adjustments that are necessary to ensure compliance during a test or examination to a gas appliance, either the adjustments should be carried out, the appliance is disconnected from the Gas Supply or sealed off with an appropriate fitting. In this scenario where the appliance is either disconnected or sealed off from the gas supply, this label would be used.
