Bedec BEDE2AK0002/46 Barn Paint Semi-Gloss White 5 Litre

Bedec Barn Paint is a tough, water-based acrylic paint designed for a range of exterior surfaces. The semi-gloss finish provides excellent colour retention and flexibility, helping to reduce flaking and cracking on wood, plastic, galvanised steel, brick and cladding. It is suitable for protecting exterior buildings such as barns, stables, sheds and fencing, and can be applied to previously painted surfaces, including those coated with weathered bitumen, tar or varnish. The product is touch dry in around two hours and can be recoated after four hours, with an application temperature above 10°C. For untreated weathered wood or porous substrates, the first coat can be diluted with up to 30% clean water as a primer sealer, and a knot block primer should be applied to knots prior to the main coat.

Low odour and versatile, this water-based finish is suitable for interior and exterior use and is self priming.

Usage

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application.
2. For untreated weathered wood or porous substrates, dilute the first coat with up to 30% clean water as a primer sealer.
3. Apply a knot block primer to knots before using Bedec Barn Paint.
