Bedec BEDE2AK2015/40 Barn Paint Semi-Gloss French Grey 2.5 Litre

Bedec Barn Paint is a tough, water-based acrylic coating designed for a range of exterior surfaces, including wood, plastic, concrete, weathered galvanised steel, brick and cladding. Supplied in a semi-gloss finish, it offers strong colour retention and is suitable for protecting exterior buildings such as barns, stables, sheds and fencing. The product is quick-drying and available in a 2.5 L volume, with application possible by brush, roller or spray.

This multi-surface paint is ideal for exterior use and is suitable for multiple substrates. It is self-priming and water-based with low odour, making it suitable for both interior and exterior projects. It resists cracking, blistering and flaking, and can be used on tar, bitumen and creosote as well as wood, plastic and galvanised steel.

Usage

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application.
2. For untreated weathered wood or porous substrates, dilute the first coat with up to 30% clean water as a primer sealer.
3. Apply an exterior knot block primer to knots before painting to minimise bleed-through.
4. Light sanding is recommended for tanalised timber prior to painting.
