Lavender may promote calm and sleep. Enjoy as a bedtime tea. FLAVOUR & COLOUR: This tea has a floral herb-like taste with a sweet camphor like hint of lavender. If you've tried blue tea before, you'll know it doesn't have much of a taste. This is why I added lavender because it makes for the perfect combo. HOW TO MAKE TEA: Add 1 tea bag to your teapot and mindfully pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 3 - 5 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon. Make a variation by adding lemongrass leaves. For a cold brew: Prepare the tea as above, add to a glass pitcher cover and store in the fridge overnight. Add ice if you’d like. OTHER USES (COLOURING DRINKS / SKIN OR HAIR CARE): These tea bags can make for such a fun drink when you are having a party too. Use in cocktails or mocktails, iced tea or anything that you'd like to add a blue twist to. Use these blue flowers for topical application to your hair/skin. Simply prepare the blue flower tea, let it cool and apply it to your skin or rinse your hair with it to reap its benefits. DOSAGE: There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of this tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 cup of tea a day should be reasonable.
