Black Pudding Seasoning Mix 200g

A blend of traditional herbs and spices to add an excellent flavour of your black pudding Mince 330g fat and/or suet. Add 25g Black Pudding Seasoning and mix thoroughly. Add 360g Hot water and mix to slurry. Let stand until cool. (This allows the mix to firm up for ease of filling). Fill into Tongmaster Black Pudding Casings Cooking: Immerse in boiling water and cook at 80°C for approximately 50-60 minutes
