THE VODKA - Boatyard vodka is 100% Irish vodka distilled in Fermanagh. Using organic Irish wheat and champagne yeast, and is triple distilled. Boatyard Vodka is non-filtered to allow you to try this unique flavour profile - pure and unedIted. TASTING NOTES - Boatyard vodka is a creamy smooth vodka, exuding notes of black pepper, orange zest and beeswax with a subtle vanilla sweetness on the finish. RECOMMENDED SERVE – Boatyard Vodka works perfectly with both soda water or tonic water and garnished with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. It also works perfectly with spritz style drinks. AWARDS - Boatyard vodka was awarded a gold medal at the 2018 International Wine and Spirits Competition. PROVENANCE - The Irish wheat for our vodka is carefully selected from what we consider to be the best growers in Ireland, based in County Kildare. Our ‘seed-to-sip’ ethos means that we can trace the wheat used in each individual bottle back to the field in which it was grown. This approach gives our small batch, Irish vodka a unique and complex flavour.
