Bacûr Bottega is a Distilled Dry Gin produced using water from alps and botanicals exclusively of Italian origin. Juniper berries of Tuscan origin, sage leaves from the Triveneto and lemon peels from Sicily, they are left to macerate separately and for a long time a hydroalcoholic solution and then proceed with a double distillation which, by purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows to obtain an elegant distillate with a fine and clean bouquet. Color and Appearance: Colorless and crystalline. Smell: Opens with an intense touch of juniper followed by notes citrus fruits of lemon peel and a finish of sage. Taste: Soft and balanced, warms the palate in a delicate and non-delicate way aggressive leaving a pleasant feeling of clean and fragrant. Gin is a strong and aromatic distillate. Its origin she is linked to a Dutch professor of medicine and physics, Franciscus De La Boe, who explored and studied the properties juniper essential oils, obtained by redistilling an infusion of these macerated berries in pure alcohol.
