KARST-FORAGED SLOVENIAN BOTANICALS – Built on hand-picked juniper and rosehip from the wild Karst region of Slovenia, layered with linden flowers, coriander, cardamom, angelica, liquorice, orris and lemon zest. Small quantities of rosehip and linden flowers are added before distillation for a distinctive Slovenian regional twist on the classic London Dry recipe — local terroir, classic backbone. TRUE LONDON DRY — NO SUGAR, NOT CHILL-FILTERED – Distilled to the strict London Dry standard: no sweetening, no additives, no ingredients added after distillation. Just pure, juniper-led gin. We also choose NOT to chill-filter, which preserves the natural botanical oils and gives the gin its full body and texture. FOUNDED AFTER A BROKEN LEG AND A BROKEN NOSE – The first gin ever distilled in Ljubljana, made by three friends: a philosophy professor, a computer scientist and a marketing veteran. The name is honest — in July 2016, two of the founders ended up in hospital while working on their first whisky barrels (one broken leg, one broken nose).
