GENERAL INFORMATION: Grape: Shiraz, Merlot, Feteasca Neagra, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir 🍷 Dry – 3,9 g/l 🍷 Harvest: 2018 🍷 Dealu Mare Vineyard 🍷 Appellation: DOC – CMD 🍷 Alcoholic concentration – 14,5% vol 🍷 Total acidity – 6,17g/l WINE MAKING: Vinification took place separately for each variety. For efficient extraction, the must had a classical fermentation-maceration for over 20 days. Then the wines were matured in French and Romanian oak barrels for 9 to 12 months, depending on the evolution of each until the perfect balance between structure and flavors. After this period, only the best barrels were selected to create Noble 5. It took 3 months for making the blend, during which the winemaker searched the harmony of the 5 varieties. TASTING NOTES: Dark ruby in color, with an elegant structure and a fruity taste that develops a long finish. It is a wine that shows its true potential with time. FOOD PAIRING: It may be associated with dishes based on duck, beef and lamb accompanied by red fruit sauces.
