This 50-unit pack is engineered for professionals and DIY enthusiasts who demand exceptional performance and longevity from their electric tool accessories. Specifically designed for use with orbital sanders and polishers, these 120-grit discs are the ideal solution for intermediate sanding, surface preparation, and smoothing tasks, delivering consistent results every time.Superior Durability and PerformanceWhat sets the ABRASIENNE sanding discs apart is their focus on durability and efficiency. The core of each disc features a semi-friable, long-life aluminum oxide grain. This advanced abrasive material is engineered to fracture under pressure, constantly exposing new, sharp cutting edges. This results in a consistent cut rate and a significantly longer lifespan compared to conventional sandpaper, reducing the frequency of disc changes and saving you valuable time and money. The powerful Resin-on-Resin binder securely anchors the grain to the backing, preventing shedding and ensuring maximum abrasive performance from start to finish.Built for Demanding ApplicationsThese discs are built to withstand the rigors of heavy use. The robust F-weight paper backing, weighing approximately 270 g/m², provides excellent tear resistance and dimensional stability, even when working on curved or irregular surfaces. This heavy-duty construction is complemented by a high-quality hook and loop self-adhesive laminate. This system guarantees a secure, vibration-free attachment to your sander´s backing pad, yet allows for quick and effortless disc changes, streamlining your workflow and minimizing downtime.Optimized for Your Power ToolsDesigned with a universal 125 mm diameter and an 8-hole pattern, these discs are compatible with the vast majority of random orbital sanders and polishers that utilize a hook and loop system. The 8-hole configuration is strategically placed for maximum dust extraction when used with a compatible sander and vacuum. This keeps your work surface clean, improves visibility for more precise sanding, and extends the life of the abrasive disc by preventing clogging. Whether you are using a dedicated sander or a polisher with a sanding attachment, these discs provide the reliability you need.Versatile Applications for Multiple SurfacesThe 120-grit rating makes these ABRASIENNE discs exceptionally versatile for a wide range of tasks. They are perfect for:* Woodworking: Ideal for smoothing solid wood, plywood, and MDF before applying stain, oil, or varnish. Perfect for furniture making, cabinet restoration, and general carpentry.* Hardwood Finishing: Effectively levels and prepares dense woods like oak, maple, and teak for a pristine final coat.* Soft Metal Preparation: Gentle yet effective for sanding aluminum, brass, and copper, removing minor imperfections and creating a uniform surface for painting or polishing.* Marine & Boat Maintenance: An essential tool for boat owners, ideal for sanding fiberglass, gelcoat, and wooden components during repair and refinishing projects. When precision, durability, and a superior finish are non-negotiable, trust the ABRASIENNE KE.RR125.120 sanding discs.
