This pack of 50 high-performance sanding discs is the essential accessory for any electric sander or polisher, designed for professionals and demanding DIY enthusiasts who refuse to compromise on quality and efficiency. Engineered for superior performance in a variety of applications, these discs deliver consistent results from the first pass to the last.Unmatched Durability and PerformanceExperience a new level of sanding efficiency. These discs are engineered for exceptional longevity, featuring a premium Semi-Friable Long Life Aluminum Oxide grain. This advanced abrasive material is designed to fracture during use, continuously exposing new, sharp cutting edges. This self-sharpening action significantly extends the disc´s working life, reduces the frequency of changes, and provides a more consistent cut, saving you both time and money on any project. The robust Resin-on-Resin binder securely anchors the abrasive grain to the backing, preventing shedding even under the high-speed and high-heat conditions of aggressive sanding.Superior Dust Extraction for a Cleaner FinishWork in a cleaner, healthier environment while achieving a better surface finish. The precision-punched 8-hole pattern aligns perfectly with the dust extraction systems on most 150mm random orbital sanders. This design efficiently pulls sanding residue and dust away from the work surface, preventing the disc from clogging or pilling. The result is improved visibility, reduced airborne dust, and a smoother, swirl-free finish, as the disc maintains its maximum cutting power for longer.Versatile Applications and Secure AttachmentFrom woodworking to metal finishing, the ABRASIENNE KE.RR150/8.120 is your go-to solution. The 120-grit rating is perfect for intermediate sanding, smoothing out minor imperfections, and preparing surfaces for primer, paint, or a final topcoat. These discs excel when sanding on all types of wood, including challenging hardwoods, as well as on soft metals. Their durability also makes them an excellent choice for marine applications and boat maintenance. The disc is built on a heavy-duty F-weight paper backing (+/- 270 G/M2), providing the strength and tear resistance needed for demanding tasks. Attachment is fast and secure thanks to the high-quality hook and loop laminate, which grips tightly to your sander or polisher´s backing pad and allows for effortless, rapid disc changes.Features:* Grain: Ao Semi-Friable Long Life Aluminum Oxide* Binder: Resin On Resin* Backing: Paper F +/- 270 G/M2* Attachment: High Quality Hook And Loop Self-Adhesive Laminate.* Applications: Sanding On Wood, Hard Wood, Soft Metals, Boats.Specifications:* No. Of Holes: 8* Measures: Ø 150mm. 120 Grit And 8 Holes* Ø (Mm): 150* Grain: 120. tradeinn Bricoinn
