Our authentic Chinese glaze with its sweet aniseed taste and made with mixed herbs, fruit and vegetables. Use around 40-50g of glaze per kg of meat. Simple blend of spices, herbs and natural flavours that when dusted onto meat, fish or vegetables, re-hydrate to form a sauce-like glaze with a glossy visual appeal.
