SMALL BATCH GIN AND FLAME DISTILLED… Single shot distilled with kaffir lime, Szechuan pepper and cardamom which underpin bold juniper and citrus notes. Small batch distilled in 300l traditional copper pot stills on open flame burners to deliver character and class in each bottle. Bottled without chill-filtering to ensure all the natural character and flavour of each gin botanical are at their maximum! THE DISTILLERY… Located in a beautiful old threshing barn on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, The Henley Distillery is a family run, traditional style, craft distillery. We use 300l Copper Alembic Stills, which allow full, hands on, control over the distillation process. We are also one of only a handful of distilleries in the UK that is owned and run by a Master Distiller!
